How to Avoid a Post Party Hangover

It is a bit difficult to wake up to a perfect day without any unpleasant feelings of hangover, after you indulge in overnight celebration that calls for lots of booze and late nights. Getting wasted earlier night may bring with it worse start over day the next morning, more worse if you have to work. But things can definitely be better if you take over of few things during your party time so that you avoid and overcome the post party hangover.

Common symptoms of post party hangover 

1. Severe headaches

2. Drowsiness

3. Anxiety

4. Irritation

5. Nausea

6. Sleepiness

7. Muscle pain

8. Dehydration

9. Red eyes

10. Feeling of being tired and exhausted

However there is nothing much to worry at all if you take some precautions while indulging in a great funtime the previous day, thus to avoid any post party hangover.

See that you are well eaten

Always be well-eaten before you indulge in celebrations. Drink if taken on empty stomach can prove out to be more harmful. So if you have some light snack before drinking the consequences of hangover are going to be gentle.

Drink lot..Well I meant Water :)

More you drink water or any juices, you are more likely less dehydrated.

What are you drinking dark or light!

It is said that the hangover depends on the color of your drink. Like dark colored drinks call for strong hangovers other than light colored drinks.

Hey mixing drinks!!

Most likely we tend to mix drinks during party nights. Starting with Champagne, then Vodka, then Whiskey then Cocktail and may be beer or so on! Mixing drinks definitely calls for bad hangover. So its better to avoid so!

Can you be little slow!

Drinking fast can call for more drinking and bad hangover. Instead go on slow and thus helping your body to absorb less alcohol at a time, thus not stressing your body too much.

Do eat with your drink

Don't keep drinking all the time. A little food along with your drink can be just helpful. So ensure that you do binge on some masala papad, boiled peanuts, chips, salads or even starters as you drink.

Know your medicines well

Next day when you are about to pop up some pills your friend has advised to help you get rid of hangover, think twice. Maybe you should check out with your physician about the same. Most of the pills have there own working and may not be good for everyone. So stick with the same which your doctor prescribed! However you may always not follow your doctor's advise - Remember he said, don't drink much!!

Have a good sleep

Good sleep is best medicine that helps you get rid of hangovers. So ensure that you sleep well before you make your body work through the day!
