Chili Pepper Fish Fingers Recipe

Ingredients for Chili Pepper Fish Fingers Recipe:

Fish fingers - 200 gms (any white fish)
Lime juice - 2 tbsp
Oil -
Onion - 1, finely chopped
Garlic - 2 tsp, finely chopped
Peppercorn - 1/4 tsp, crushed
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
Tomato Puree - 3 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Green chilies - 2, finely chopped
Red chili flakes - 1 tsp
Spring onion greens - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt, as required

Method for Chili Pepper Fish Fingers Recipe:

Sprinkle salt, pepper and lime juice on the fish fingers and marinate for half an hour.

Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic and onion. Add crushed peppercorn, green chilies and red chili flakes. Continue to saute. Add salt and pepper

Add to this, tomato ketchup, tomato puree and soya sauce. continue to cook till it thickens.

Gently place fish fingers in the pan and toss without breaking them. Cook for a while.

Remove from heat and garnish with spring onions. Serve hot.
