Makai Seekh Kebab Recipe - Vegetable and Cottage Cheese Kebabs with Whole Corn Coating

Ingredients for Makai Seekh Kebab Recipe:

Carrot - 2 medium, chopped
French Beans - 100 gm, chopped
Green Peas - 1 cup
Cottage Cheese - 100 gm
Gram flour - 3 tbsp, lightly roasted
Green chilies - 2, chopped fine
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Corn - 2, shelled, boiled and slightly crushed
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt, as required

Method for Makai Seekh Kebaba Recipe:

Blanch carrot, french beans and green peas. Drain all water. Mince the vegetables.

Grate the cottage cheese.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Saute the vegetable mince for a couple of minutes. Add salt, chili powder, green chilies and garam masala. Add the grated paneer and mix well. Add gram flour and continue to saute. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Divide the mixture into equal size balls. Fix them on skewers just like a seekh kebab. Press each kebab with boiled corn. Grill till done. Serve hot with mint chutney.
